RESOLUTION NO. 2012-09
A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Washington, amending the City of Lakewood Fee Schedule
WHEREAS, periodic review and adjustments to the fee schedule for the City ensures fees remain appropriate to the cost of related services; and
WHEREAS, such review and adjustment was last conducted several years ago; and
WHEREAS, a review of current fees suggests increases in some areas are in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Fee Schedule adopted pursuant to LMC 15A.32.050E and 18A.2.175A is hereby amended as set forth in the amended Fee Schedule attached as Exhibit A hereto.
Section 2. Severability. If any sections, sentence, clause or phrase of this Resolution shall be held to be invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, or its application held inapplicable to any person, property or circumstance, such invalidity or unconstitutionality or inapplicability shall not effect the validity or constitutionality of any other section, sentence, clause or phrase of this Resolution or its application to any other person, property or circumstance.
Section 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect upon passage and signatures hereon.
