ORDINANCE NO. 527
AN ORDINANCE of the City Council of the City of Lakewood, Washington, amending Ordinance No. 504, the 2010 Budget Ordinance, originally adopted on November 16, 2009, and Amended Ordinance No. 518, adopted on July 6, 2010
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 35, the City of Lakewood has created an annual budget with the most recent budget having commenced on January 1, 2010; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Lakewood has modified existing programs; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Lakewood has determined the need for budget adjustments in several departments; and,
WHEREAS, it is appropriate for the City Council to consider adjustments to the budget adopted for fiscal year 2010 to reflect adjustments necessary to accurately reflect revenues and expenditures for 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1: Summary of Revenues and Appropriations. The adjusted 2010 total appropriations for all funds is $87,290,258. The adjusted total revenues for all funds are $87,290,258. The distribution of revenues and appropriations per fund is:

Section 2: Severability. If any section, sentence, clause or phrase of this Ordinance shall be held to be invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, or its application held inapplicable to any person, property or circumstance, such invalidity or unconstitutionality or inapplicability shall not effect the validity or constitutionality of any other section, sentence, clause or phrase of this Ordinance or its application to any other person, property or circumstance.
Section 3: Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect for the fiscal year 2010 and five (5) days after publication as required by law.
