CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Richardson called the meeting to order at 7:01 p.m.
ROLL CALL
Councilmembers Present: 6 ? Mayor Douglas Richardson; Deputy Mayor Don Anderson; Councilmembers Mary Moss, Mike Brandstetter, Jason Whalen, and Walter Neary.
Councilmember Excused: 1 ? Councilmember Thomas.
FLAG SALUTE
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mayor Richardson.
NEW BUSINESS
Motion No. 2010-04 awarding a bid to Northwest Cascade, Inc., in the amount of $1,524,078.65, relative to the construction of the American Lake Gardens and Tillicum Sewer Extension - Phase 2: Forcemain Connection Project (e1116A).
COUNCILMEMBER NEARY MOVED TO AWARD A BID TO NORTHWEST CASCADE, INC., IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,524,078.65, RELATIVE TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE AMERICAN LAKE GARDENS AND TILLICUM SEWER EXTENSION ? PHASE 2: FORCEMAIN CONNECTION PROJECT (E1116A). SECONDED BY COUNCILMEMBER MOSS. VOICE VOTE WAS TAKEN AND CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
